HIGH Z-TYPE RIBS

The ground-breaking profiling technology using the ‘Z’ type rib causes the formation of deep shades between modules. This makes the roofing present its unique and dynamic form in any lighting conditions. Not only does the rib shade shape the image of the tiles but, above all, the screws and joints between the sheets are less visible. This has a fundamental effect on the roofing’s aesthetics.

ANTI-WAVE

ANTI-WAVE is a system of precisely shaped installation recesses in sheet positions optimum for the installation of the fasteners. Basic benefits resulting from application of this solution are as follows: determination of optimum locations for the installation of fasteners, reduction of stresses and waviness of a flat roof, no need to plane the lathes to the roof inclination, recesses reduce the visibility of fasteners, the shape of the recesses facilitates the removal of moisture from the installation positions.

EASY LINK

EASY LINK: to avoid the effect of pushing the overlapping sheets out at the connection of four sheets, the modular roof tiles IZI® use the cut-out at the bottom rib corner. It helps to avoid the overlapping of four layers of sheets at the connection point and makes the roofing perfectly flat. Moreover, specially shaped profile of extreme ribs enables perfect matching of the sheets without visible longitudinal joints.

Coatings and colours

HERCULIT® [HC]

It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Longterm research of the previously used coatings and monitoring of customer needs, with particular attention to the demands of the roofers, helped us to combine so many different advantages in one product. HERCULIT® is a polyurethane-hardened polyester, with great resistance to all kinds of mechanical damage, and a thickness of 35 μm. It also retains high colour repeatability to provide consistent coating colour and structure.

MAT 35 Standard [ZET]

Steel sheets double-side coated with a metallic zinc layer, anticorrosion coat and single-sided with an organic decorative coating. Their advantages include high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, excellent formability and high aesthetic qualities. This sheet metal is coated with a mat organic layer with a gritty texture and a 35 μm thickness, available in 9 colours, with the option to provide colours from outside of the basic colour chart.
