MICRO-RIB

Longitudinal micro-profiling along the whole sheet length minimizes the effect of waviness on the flat section of the panel.

COVER-CAP

COVER-CAP, i.e. two-sided plugs of the very hem of the panel, is a solution that additionally improves functionality of the roofing. This solution improves the visual effect and aesthetics of the coating. The COVER-CAP plugs are bent to the roofing which fact covers visible joints of the sheets and makes the roof to present uniform, harmonious surface, even from a close distance.

BEND-LOCK

Special bending of the panel at the eaves section of the roof masks and protects the cut edge and eliminates the necessity to install bolts.

LAMBDA® 2.0 is available in two panel widths (515 mm and 307 mm - effective widths) and four profile types which fact allows for perfect matching to the needs of a specific building.

Coatings and colours

ALUZINC [AZ 185]

It is a steel sheet double-side coated with a zinc-aluminium alloy in a process similar to hot dip galvanizing. That way, it meets the most stringent requirements regarding the resistance of steel sheets against atmospheric corrosion and corrosion in humid environments. It comes with an additional, Easyfilm® protective polymer coating, which also protects the steel edges in coils and improves the aesthetics of the surface.

Aluzinc

HERCULIT® [HC]

It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Longterm research of the previously used coatings and monitoring of customer needs, with particular attention to the demands of the roofers, helped us to combine so many different advantages in one product. HERCULIT® is a polyurethane-hardened polyester, with great resistance to all kinds of mechanical damage, and a thickness of 35 μm. It also retains high colour repeatability to provide consistent coating colour and structure.

ICE COVER® ZM [ICep]

Thick (35 μm) organic foil with interesting texture resembling thick layer of paint. The core consists of a sheet covered with zing and magnesium alloy, which ensures better protection against corrosion. As a result, the material is more resistant to white and red corrosion in C3 environment. Guarantee period: 35 years.

MAT 35 Standard [TK]

Steel sheets double-side coated with a metallic zinc layer, anticorrosion coat and single-sided with an organic decorative coating. Their advantages include high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, excellent formability and high aesthetic qualities. This sheet metal is coated with a mat organic layer with a gritty texture and a 35 μm thickness, available in 9 colours, with the option to provide colours from outside of the basic colour chart.

Visually identical to the MAT35 Standard version. However, it stands out due to the modernized protective coat - an innovative zinc-magnesium alloy (ZM) was used. The result is increased resistance to white and red corrosion in a C3 environment.

High-pass membrane
Roofing membranes are used as the base coating level beneath the inclined roofing. They prevent the wind from pushing rain and snow through to the thermal insulation and the roof construction. They protect from condensation forming under the base roofing. In addition, owing to their high vapour permeability, they keep the roof dry, which significantly decreases energy consumption.
Silicones
The Profi Line roof work is a specially designed silicone mix, intended for the making of flexible joints between sheets, roof work, gutters etc. They come in the standard, universal colours: colourless, brown and red. They are recommended by experts.
Roof windows
Installing BLACHPROFIL 2® roof windows allows for loft space to be developed, providing its complete illumination.
Sealants
This is a self-adhesive, bituminous tape, intended for the sealing and quick repairs of roofs, balconies, terraces and facades. It is made of a water-proof material, resistant to tearing, weather conditions and UV radiation. It is adhesive to most surfaces.
Communication
It has been designed for profiled roof coverings, made of zinc-coated steel and powder-painted. Cladshield provides an easy and safe access to chimneys, antennas and other elements that require inspection or maintenance.
