Laminated roof panel

Roof panels PUR/PIR consist of structural and insulating core and two steel claddings. The claddings are made of a steel sheet of thickness 0.4 - 0.7 mm and are coated with polyester coating and organic protective coatings. The core of the panel is made of polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam of total average density 40/42 ±3 kg/m3. The panels have high fire-proof and insulation properties and high durability. They are equipped with properly profiled locks that allow for fast and simple installation to any type of structure. Minimum slope of the roof related to the roof panels is >5% in case of continuous panels without skylights.

Coatings and colours

HERCULIT® [HC]

It is a coating developed in close cooperation with a leading manufacturer of varnishes for the best steel mills in Europe. Longterm research of the previously used coatings and monitoring of customer needs, with particular attention to the demands of the roofers, helped us to combine so many different advantages in one product. HERCULIT® is a polyurethane-hardened polyester, with great resistance to all kinds of mechanical damage, and a thickness of 35 μm. It also retains high colour repeatability to provide consistent coating colour and structure.

POLIESTER Standard [RAL]

A basic organic coating with a thickness of 25µm, it has a uniform, smooth surface, glossy or metallic. This material has numerous applications. It comes in a rich palette of colours, designated using RAL, a universal colour matching system.
